
Great News. Our own permanent ticket office representative, Richard, has arrived. His official title is Customer Ambassador, having completed his 6 months training. Welcome to Sway Richard.
Richard will be on site from Monday to Friday between 6.30 and 10 am. He will be a boon to the village, our Station and all its users.
As well as selling a greater range of tickets than can be bought through the machine, Richard can provide information, help and advice with all aspects of rail travel.
… And a very pleasant surprise! On Tuesday 10th June, the station was being given a very welcome freshen up, thanks to a group of volunteer litter pickers, through a Co-Op member project, led by our new store manager. Their part for Great Big Green Week!
