DESCRIPTION:As part of the Rail 200 celebrations (200 years of the railways)\, Simon Hanney will give a presentation at Sway Village Hall on the impact that  rail travel has had on the New Forest and its people. DESCRIPTION:Note new timings and train formation. \nSwanage based Bulleid West Country class locomotive 34028 ‘Eddystone’ is scheduled to work the ‘Swanage Belle’ excursion from London to Swanage on Wednesday 10th September. \nThe train will be steam hauled from London via Winchester through Sway to Swanage. The train is timed to pass Sway at 12:14 \nThe return working will be diesel hauled throughout from Swanage to London and is timed to pass Sway at 18:00 \nAll timings subject to change of course.
